Congratulations to Director Wiriya Noimee, Director of Educational Institutions

on the occasion of receiving the Outstanding Educational Institution Administrator Award for 2025 from the Association of Municipal Educational Institution Administrators of Thailand.

On Monday, September 1, 2025, at the Twin Lotus Hotel in Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Police Lieutenant Colonel Phobchanok Chalanukroh, Director-General of the Department of Local Administration, Ministry of Interior, assigned Mr. Kukiat Nimniam, Chief Inspector-General of the Department of Local Administration, to preside over the opening ceremony of the 2025 Academic Seminar and Annual General Meeting. The event also presented plaques to those who have contributed to local education, including plaques for outstanding educational administrators, and plaques for retired educational administrators from the Association members in 2025. The event serves as a platform for driving the development of local education, promoting career advancement and development for members, boosting morale, and providing recognition and honors.
